Measure turbidity in all treatment tanks and log readings. Flag any reading above 1 NTU for immediate review.

Swap out the filtration cartridge in the chemical bath unit. Dispose of spent filter per WHMIS protocol.

Check belt tension, lubricate drive chain, and inspect rollers for wear or misalignment along the full coating line.

Test pH at all three sample points in the treatment tank. Acceptable range is 6.5–8.5. Adjust chemical dosing if outside range.

Count and record gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and respirators. Submit restocking request if any item falls below minimum par level.

Inspect all exhaust hoods, ductwork, and fan units on the coating and chemical bath lines. Check for blockages, corrosion, and airflow performance.
